Peanut is my heart, he will be the LAST to leave unless you make a great offer and he shows me you two connect. I have had him from a foal. He was a stallion until he was 6, and has been my greatest equine partner in almost 20 years of having horses. He is not for a beginner under saddle in an open environment. We have done pony rides on him, lessons alone or only with horses I know he is comfortable with. He was attacked by a horse on a trail ride as a 3 year old and is very on guard and defensive around strange horses. I have rode him in parades, trail rides, road side, water. I love him and trust him, but he is not for everyone. Needs a confident rider out in the open and with strange horses, he is doing much better. He may have a total of 90 days of riding over almost 10 years. Impecable ground manners, leads, loads, clips, ties, blankets, does it all. He is very confident. EASY keeper - UTD on everything. VERY intellegent - needs a job to see full potential. Grandson of Maids Dream, beautiful head and coloring. THE VERY BEST HOME IS REQUIRED! FPD eligeble, been shown halter and under saddle. I LOVE HIM! YOU MUST TOO!
"Buddy" is a 12 year old overo paint pony gelding. We have had him nearly a year and used him for pony parties/rides. He has previously barrel raced, done pole bending and goat tying. He is EXCELLENT with kids. He has never offered to do anything ugly around the kids! Adults... You will need feed to catch and if you corner him he will take a cheap shot at you. He is a million times better than when we got him a year ago. Leads, loads, ponies, ties, clips. Coggins, west nile, rabies, ewtf good until April. He is microchipped. Super easy keeper!!! He was grand champion pony at the 2015 NHC Fair!We are moving horses to a new farm and need to scale back. . He can sit up for months and i'll pull him out and lead my son on him. He would be fantastic in a stable situation where he goes in and out daily (handled more frequently) our are on pasture with a run in. Asking $600.00 obro
